Are the mirrors hardwired or plug-in?
All our mirrors come equipped with plugs. You also have the option to hardwire the mirrors by a certified electrician.

What is the purpose of the Bluetooth function?
The Bluetooth function along with speakers in our mirror allows you to play music wirelessly from your Bluetooth enabled devices. You can change the music or control the volume using the mirror’s touch panel.

What is the purpose of call functionality?
The call functionality along with built-in microphone and speakers, allows you to make or receive phone calls without having to use your phone. Call functions can be controlled by the mirror’s touch panel.

How can I choose the LED colors?
All our mirrors come with Built-in 3 colors (Warm/ Neutral/ White – 3k/ 4k/ 6k) options. You can select the one that you prefer most or change it anytime you wish. It also allows you brightness control.

Do you help with installing the mirrors?
No, unfortunately we do not install mirrors.

Are the mirrors wall hanging? Do they come with a stand or frame?
All our mirrors are frameless wall hanging.

Can you hang the mirrors any way you like?
Because of the touch panel and digital display, the orientation of the mirrors is fixed as per design.

What is your return/refund policy?
We have a 14-days refund/return policy after you receive the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition, unused and in its original packaging. All our mirrors come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty for electrical components.
